Meridian Point at Goulds Station
Meridian Point at Goulds Station is a new construction affordable housing property at 11850 SW 216th Street and 21725 SW 119th Avenue. Completed in fall of 2024, it features 113 one- and two-bedroom apartments for families with incomes ranging from 30% to 80% of Area Median Income (AMI).

Sixty-eight of these apartments are reserved for families previously residing at POAH’s nearby Cutler Manor Apartments. The remaining 45 units (22 one-bedroom apartments and 23 two-bedroom apartments) will be leased to the public. While rents on these 45 tax credit apartments are capped and residents must income-qualify, they will not receive rental subsidy.
POAH’s affiliate, POAH Communities, is the on-site property manager. POAH Communities oversees the leasing and operations of POAH’s 133 properties in 12 states and the District of Columbia and provides high-quality property management and customer service to its residents.
