Preservation of Affordable Housing (POAH)
POAH is a nonprofit developer and serves as the Housing Implementation Entity. POAH owns and operates over 14,000 affordable homes in 13 states and the District of Columbia including more than 1,300 in Florida. POAH’s mission is to preserve, create and sustain affordable, healthy homes that support economic security and access to opportunity for all.
Miami-Dade County – Public Housing and Community Development (PHCD)
PHCD is serving as the Neighborhood Implementation Entity. PHCD oversees federal and state programs supporting housing and planning efforts in Miami-Dade County.
Carrfour Supportive Housing
Carrfour is the People Implementation Entity and will provide case management to CM residents. Carrfour has over 30 years in the field, has served over 10,000 residents, and has a demonstrated track record of success helping families achieve housing stability, self-sufficiency, and improved heath from an affordable housing platform.
U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development
U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)’s mission is to create strong, sustainable, inclusive communities and quality affordable homes for all. HUD is working to strengthen the housing market to bolster the economy and protect consumers; meet the need for quality affordable rental homes; utilize housing as a platform for improving quality of life; and build inclusive and sustainable communities free from discrimination.
